North Shore Cheer X-plosion has been a positive experience for our daughter. The atmosphere at the gym is very inviting: she loves being there. The girls are always given positive encouragement from the coaches and staff. This gym really focuses on teamwork and supporting each other. They teach the girls to do their best, have fun and be proud of themselves no matter what the outcome is. North Shore Cheer X-plosion is a great organization; it gives our daughter skills and confidence that will stay with her in everything she does.

North Shore Cheer X-plosion is the BEST! This is Jillian’s third year and she loves it. Her coaches are fantastic. They provide motivation; encourage determination and positive self-esteem. The girl’s safety is their first priority. I would recommend North Shore Cheer X-plosion to any child who was interested in learning how to cheer.

When one thinks of an all-star cheering program, professionalism, safety, knowledge and most of all fun are some of the key criteria that cheerleaders, parents, and even coaches look for. As a personal friend, fellow educator and former coach with Kristin Shipulski and Cheer X-plosion, I have seen each of these first hand. The gym is a first rate facility with top of the line state of the art equipment, certified coaches and a group of young men and women who give their hearts and soul to this program.

Having been there with Kristin when her dream of an all-star gym began with three small teams, I have watched her vision blossom into the first rate cheerleading and dance program that it is today. North Shore Cheer X-plosion is like a second home for my daughter. She has learned so much from Cheer X-plosion staff, not only about cheering, dancing and gymnastics, but also about herself. She has so much confidence in herself now and she has learned the importance of being there for her teams. She has grown so much over the past five years that she has been involved here. There is an obvious passion and commitment for this sport by all of the Cheer X-plosion staff! They are so caring and dedicated to all. The gym is a very positive atmosphere for my daughter to be in. She feels safe and comfortable to be there just to hang out and know that she is wanted. This organization is a fabulous family to be part of.

Being a part of North Shore Cheer X-plosion has given my granddaughter Gianna motivation and a sense of responsibility and team-work. The team has helped her develop self-confidence and make friends that I’m sure she’ll have for a lifetime. The structure of the practices and competitions provide a way for young girls to develop the skills they need to be successful in the future as they go to school and move on to jobs. Our daughter Lindsay is starting her fourth season cheering for North Shore Cheer X-plosion. It has been a great opportunity for Lindsay to make wonderful friendships with her teammates who have been like sisters to her. Lindsay has made so many friends through North Shore Cheer X-plosion and has gained self-esteem through this program as well. North Shore Cheer X-plosion has taught our daughter leadership and respect for others. Lindsay has developed the ability to be an outstanding role model for other girls through her experience with North Shore Cheer X-plosion.

Lindsay loves her coaches and the staff at North Shore Cheer X-plosion and is grateful for this program and all the people who work so hard to make North Shore Cheer X-plosion such a great experience. There is an atmosphere of love and encouragement that is created from the coaches and staff that drives the team and they really care about each child on the team. The coaches and staff help the team with their personal struggles as well as learning the skills for their routines. The coaches and staff are always there for the team. We are proud to say that when the season ends and we look back on what North Shore Cheer X-plosion has taught our daughter, we feel so grateful that she had the opportunity to cheer for North Shore Cheer X-plosion.

Do you want your child to belong to a family where the coaches love them; the other children are their friends and mentors? Don’t look further – North Shore Cheer X-plosion is it. My daughter has been cheering with them since she was 6 years old. For the past 5 years she has enjoyed this athletic, energetic, fun, skilled organization where she not only learned the meaning of hard work and dedication, but team spirit, friendship, pride and the ability to show others how to be proud of your accomplishments no matter what the score. The coaches are truly people who she admires and who show her the same respect in return by caring about her always. This gym is run by the BEST and it shows. Their teams have won numerous national championships – more that I can count and the kids never give up – they love what they do and it shows!

When my daughter Deyana was 3 ½ she wanted to try cheerleading. I looked into our city’s Pop Warner organization. It turned out that she was too young. My cousin told me to look into Cheer X-plosion All-Stars. Her daughter was cheering there and they both spoke very highly of the organization. Who would have know that the phone call I made to Cheer X-plosion would drastically change mine and my daughters lives.

Deyana’s first year was in the 2003-2004 season and was amazing. We met so many great people and made tons of friends. The entire staff was so dedicated and devoted. They were also friendly, highly trained and had such positive attitudes along with teaching great sportsmanship. We were treated as if we had been with them for more than one year. Being a former cheerleader myself, I was impressed. Deyana learned more in her first year at X-plosion that I had ever imagined she would.

In Deyana’s second year, Kristin had offered me a coaching position at her gym. After being a cheer mom for a year and getting to know Kristin’s extremely talented and loving staff, I was honored. I gladly accepted the opportunity to work with some really great people and such wonderful kids. Cheer X-plosion is now one of the most important things in our lives.

Deyana is now 7 ½, the age which she would be starting Pop Warner. But, what 7 year old in their first year of cheering on a Pop Warner “E’ Team can actually say that they have 3 New England Championship trophies and 2 National Championship titles? Not many!

I have learned that it doesn’t make any difference whether you are a parent or a coach; everyone at Cheer X-plosion wants nothing but the best for your children. When I joined Cheer X-plosion, I had 1 daughter and I now have over 100 daughters and they are all champions to me! We at Cheer X-plosion are one big happy family. Deyana and I would not imagine not having them. We have definitely made great friends for life!

Talk about “ground breaking”…by the time my daughter was 6 she had already tried dancing school, gymnastics, swimming, karate, soccer and more…we knew she loved to move, but we just couldn’t find that perfect activity that covered all the basics until we came upon North Shore Cheer X-plosion—keep in mind, that was almost 7 years ago and competitive cheerleading gyms were not easy to find. Over the years, we have watched North Shore Cheer X-plosion evolve and grow. pretty much “EXPLODE” into one of the area’s most well known and well respected gyms to speak of. Consider this….the steadfast group of coaches and staff has practically remained the same, consistent all these years and the majority of them are teachers as well as coaches, so they know what they are doing and they do it well. It shows when you walk into the gym and see the history, the pictures on the walls and the trophies and banners are everywhere. The team spirit just surrounds you and makes you feel welcome immediately. To watch your child develop her skills with technical ability, showmanship and sportsmanship to be proud of, you can’t help but be excited because you know that these qualities are going to propel her through life! The North Shore Cheer X-plosion gym is a family that all of us are proud of – and especially for the kids, watching them perform and compete – you can see it on their faces, they love what they are doing and it shows. It takes a special kind of coach to make that happen, but when it does, you can’t deny it!

My daughter Erin has been cheering for North Shore Cheer X-plosion for 6 years. She has learned so much during this time, her tumbling has excelled much more that I ever thought. The tumbling coaches and cheering coaches here are such wonderful people. I am extremely happy with all of them.

Every year it gets better and better…..you all have become very good friends…much like family and I’m glad my daughter is part of such a wonderful organization.

Erin loves the gym and loves all the coaches at Cheer X-plosion. Erin was once a very shy girl.. she had turned out to be exactly opposite of that. Hats off to all of you!!!!!

I just want to say what a wonderful group of people run Cheer X-plosion. This is our second year here and there will be many more! They know how to treat kids and parents with respect and dignity. I can tell you now, my two daughters love X-plosion. Gabriella 3 ½ and Brianna 11 will be here forever and we will bring many of their friends along. What I like most about North Shore Cheer Xplosion is all the good times me and my friends have. I have only been here for 2 years and I feel like I‘ve been here forever. Everyone at Cheer Xplosion is like family to me and I love them all. We have increased our abilities in every way. I have met a lot of different people from so many cities and towns. Also, our team is very competitive. We like to work hard and it shows.

I have been around cheering for many, many years. It is something I love to watch and coach. I have since retired from coaching after 31 years. Kristin asked me to help out at the gym which I was thrilled to do. Though I am no longer coaching I totally enjoy watching her gym grow and the amazing routines that the cheerleaders perform. The coaches and staff there are amazing very caring, and always available for anyone. They never just sit behind closed doors they are right in the middle of everything and know each girl by name. Watching the coaches with the teams is refreshing because they are not out for the win in my years of coaching I have seen alot of coaches it for the win and I have seen so many stressed out injured girls, never once at this gym is it all about the win, These coaches teach the girls respect, kindness and most of all how to have fun. I have never heard one cross word spoken or anything negative about any cheerleader they work with the girls and help them get better. I just want to thank Kristin, Debbie and Joan for the wonderful time I have at the gym and letting me be a part of their family that is what Cheer Xplosion is one big happy family.

CHEER X-PLOSION - A GREAT PROGRAM, A GREAT “FAMILY” My daughter has been cheering for 11 years. Coming from a Pop Warner program with a great coach it seemed only right that she would continue to cheer with that coach when she started her own All-Star program. Being a dancer for 20 years I just assumed that my daughter would dance as well, but to my surprise at the age of 9 she decided that cheering was what she wanted to do. Nothing could have prepared me for the journey I was about to take. At the beginning I was just another mother who took her daughter to and from cheering practice, sat at the football games on Sunday mornings and attended local and national Pop Warner competitions. When she was 13 Kristin asked her if she would be interested in cheering for North Shore Cheer Xplosion All-Stars. Of course the answer was……… YES! So here we are starting her 11th year of cheering, her 6th season at Cheer X-plosion and what a great journey it has been for both of us. Kristin and the Cheer X-plosion “family” gave Tiffany the skills and confidence she needed to be a successful athlete and coach. She cheered for a great Pop Warner organization continued to cheer while in HS for both football and basketball and is still cheering for All-Stars. She was just a little girl that worked extremely hard to get where she is. She has made so many friends throughout the years and I have watched her grow into a wonderful strong young lady. She is not only a very competitive cheerleader but also a great coach and mentor to the younger girls in the program and I firmly believe that Cheer X-plosion is the reason. I am very proud of her and her accomplishments in the cheerleading circuit. As for me……… I can not begin to count the number of friends I have made in the past 6 years at Cheer X-plosion. I started as mom who volunteered to help with fundraising and I am now a big part of this program. Who would have guessed!! I Spend most of my time here working and getting to know the cheerleaders and their parents on a personal level. It’s our job to make sure that the girls are having fun and the parents understand that this is a “family” and we are always here to help and listen. Cheer X-plosion has a great team of coaches and I do not think that there could be a better program for me or my daughter. The safe, friendly and fun environment here at the gym is amazing. I think the cheerleaders as well as the parents have learned what it is to be a team and work together to succeed. Nothing is more incredible than watching a group of kids work hard and take the mat together - they may not always walk away with a win or a trophy but they will always walk away with their heads high in the air knowing that they did their best and everyone in the organization is very proud of them.

This is my daughter Ashley's first year cheering at North Shore Cheer Xplosion. I could not be anymore pleased. The coaches and staff really care about you and your child; they make you feel like you are part of a big family. My daughter has already improved so much this year, and I know next year will be even better. When I drop my daughter off at the gym, I know that she is entering a safe and structured environment. All of the teams are amazing. I love watching them perform their routines. You call tell just how hard they practice and how committed the staff and cheerleaders are when they perform at the competitions. I can tell you tears came to my eyes on more than one occasion this year. I can't wait until next year; I know it will be even better than the last. Kristin, Debbie, Joan, Nicole, Steve and all the other coaches, thanks so much for making my daughter's 1st year so memorable. I look forward to many more years with the NSCX family. .

My daughter has been cheering with North Shore Cheer X-plosion since she has been six-years-old; you have watched her grow up from an energetic little girl into an energetic teenager. Your organization impacts thousands of young minds and bodies....not only are the cheerleaders of Cheer X-plosion impacted by the gym and the love of cheerleading; they learn how to lose, win, and they learn how get along as a team. Gina has met a lot of friends and has had a lot of great memories and fun in her years of cheering. As well, I have met and have become friends with a lot of the cheerleading parents. Cheer X-plosion is like a little extended family for my daughter and she wouldn't want to cheer any where else.

I discovered Cheer Xplosion through a flyer left on my windshield at a Pop Warner competition when my daughter was on E squad in 2005. I looked at it, and decided to keep it. I noticed there was a dance team and my daughter took dance classes and was preparing to perform in the Nutcracker. After her last performance in t he Nutcracker was over, my daughter who loves to perform was sad that the only performance that she had to look forward to was her 2 minute at the dance school recital. I remembered the flyer and called when I got home. Best call I have made in a long time! My Jada joined the dance team that day and she has loved Cheer Xplosion since we walked in. The next season she stared ion a Youth Level 1 cheer team, she is now in her 5th season and is on a Senior Level 4 team. She walked into the gym with a cartwheel and now tumbles and cheers successfully at a level 4. But that is not the most important thing she has learned at Cheer Xplosion. She has learned to continue to strive to be a better person. She has learned to cheer on your competition. My youngest daughter, Shayla, was 2 when we stared and is now in her 2nd season as well. She could not wait to get on the mat and is having so much fun learning. Cheer Xplosion has become a 2nd family for us and not only because of the time spent there but because that is the atmosphere of the gym. From Kristin the owner, Debbie the gym manager, Joan the cheer director to Tiffany, Marissa, Jeana and Nicole, their coaches, they have learned that each and every one of them truly cares for them. I have also made a number of true friendships with the parents at Cheer Xplosion. I love spending time at the gym so much, I started working in the office last season. I can't imagine our life without these wonderful people that have taught my daughters about Friendship, Hard Work, Dedication, Responsibility, Respect, Sportsmanship and Self Esteem. If you are considering calling to inquire, I have one thing to say DO IT!!!

It was a hot steamy July day at Endicott Park Family Day that summer of 2002 when we strolled by the Cheer X-plosion display table and tumbling activity that caught my 5 year old daughters' eye. As fate would have it, the rest, as we say, is history. From Danvers, to Saugus, to Wakefield we have followed our Cheer Xplosion family, our home away from home. Jennifer started as a "mini" and quickly developed a love for the sport of cheerleading. She has become quite the experienced, accomplished senior level athlete. She assists with the younger teams and aspires to be a cheer coach in the future. Jessica, along for the ride, finally joined in. Jillian started with a cheer prep is a born natural. Michael, though won't commit is a "closet cheerleader". He has some great tumbling skills. As an accomplished cheer gym, Cheer Xplosion started with an array of professional knowledgeable experienced coaches. The priority is placed on safety and fun. All star cheerleading is a sport that teaches many positive skills that include team building, friendship, discipline, respect and trust. North Shore Cheer Xplosion is an all-star cheerleading gym that teaches all this in a fun, family oriented, and positive atmosphere. Our experience at CXP has been one of the best! We have two girls that go to CXP. Both our girls were on gymnastics teams before we made this move to competetive cheering. It was a VERY hard decision to make seeing as the past 8 years were dedicated to gymnastics. It's been 6 months now since we joined and the girls love it! Both of them! The whole experience for all of us has been great. The staff is really nice & we love the way they are with the girls. From the day we walked in the gym we have been treated as if we've been there since they opened! It's not just a business!
