The teams are starting to look so great. Just a few more weeks and its competition time!! Keep up the hard work and positive attitudes. I cant wait to see all of our teams perform. It going to be an awesome season for NSCX!!!

Come On GALS! (and boys). Its getting down to the wire and its almost our time to "work it", lol! Attendance is mega important, and everyone is getting pumped up to compete. Keep in mind everyone gets anxious around this time, while the clock is winding down, so keep cheering each other on, especially when your teammates are on their last drop of energy. All the routines are unbelievable and we are so happy to have so many great and talented athletes in our gym. Keep pushing and let’s just be GREAT!
